To establish a branch of an existing nonprofit organisation or a commercial company, supplying aid and development related goods or services.


How to apply?


1. Fill in the online Application Form for Branch and submit it online.
2. Print out the Application Form for Branch, sign it and courier it together with all required legal documents to IHC, Legal Department, P.O. Box 66466, Dubai, UAE.


Legal documents required:


Application Form for Branch, completed and signed as indicated
Original Registration Certificate or Certificate of Good Standing of the parent organisation / company (1)
Memorandum and Articles of Association of the parent organisation / company (1)
Board Resolution of the parent organisation / company calling for the establishment of a branch in IHC, on official letterhead, following our Board Resolution Template for Branch (1)
Passport photocopy of the branch’s appointed Manager
Specimen Signature Form, printed and signed by the branch’s appointed Manager (2)


Important notes:


(1) These documents should be notarised and attested by a UAE Embassy.
(2) These documents should be signed in the presence of the IHC Legal Administrator, or notarised and attested by a UAE Embassy.
IHC reserves the right to request additional attestation of documents from any other Consulate or Embassy.
IHC reserves the right to request additional documents.
IHC reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for unsuccessful applications.
