To establish a branch of an existing nonprofit organisation or a branch/subsidiary of a commercial company, supplying aid and development related goods or services.

How to apply?

1. Fill in the Application Form (see section B or C).
2. Print out the Application Form, sign it and courier it together with all required documents to IHC, Registration Department, P.O. Box 506030, Dubai, UAE.

Documents required:
  • Application Form, completed and signed as indicated
  • Passport photocopy of the branch’s appointed Manager, the Board of Directors and all Trustees (if applicable)
  • Business Plan of the organization based on the attached guidelines
IHC Registration Department will get in touch with applicants on successful receipt of their application, for further processing and legal document requirements.

Important notes:

IHC reserves the right to request additional documents.
IHC reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for unsuccessful applications.
All documents and forms should be typed.
