International Response to Krygzstan Civil Conflict

- International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) launched a preliminary emergency appeal for AED 32 million to assist 100,000 people affected by the
violence in southern Kyrgyzstan over the next month.

- The U.S. government committed over AED 3 million for immediate humanitarian assistance that will be provided through USAID.

- UN agencies have begun to dispatch emergency supplies to the displaced people.
