OCFA Report on Kyrgyzstan Civil Conflict Abu Dhabi, 16 June 2010 - The UAE Office for the Coordination of Foreign Aid's first report on the civil conflict in Kyrgyzstan: See Full Report in Arabic See Full Report in English International Response to Krygzstan Civil Conflict - International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) launched a preliminary emergency appeal for AED 32 million to assist 100,000 people affected by the violence in southern Kyrgyzstan over the next month. - The U.S. government committed over AED 3 million for immediate humanitarian assistance that will be provided through USAID. - UN agencies have begun to dispatch emergency supplies to the displaced people.
